With our new digital sublimation process there are no limits to the colors or designs you can use in your custom gear. Our CMYK printing process uses four different colors to print the images .

The front and back panels of shorts and bibs are made in a Nylon/Lycra blend that does not hold colors well and are impacted by the heat in the sublimation process. This material does come in seven different colors you can choose from (See the Nylon/Lycra color pantone below).

It is not always possible to replicate the exact same color of the Nylon/Lycra sections of bibs and shorts, particularly the black tones using our digital sublimation process.
